At leavesandlavenderprints , we’re committed to making sure you love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with easy returns and exchanges.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, please make sure the following conditions are met:

The return request is initiated within 30 days after receiving your order.
Items are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and packaging.
You have to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

2. How to Return

Returning an item is simple:

Contact Us: Email us at leavesandlavenderprints@gmail.com. Provide your order number and reason for the return.
Prepare Your Return: Package your item securely in its original packaging.
Ship the Return: if your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.

3. Refunds

Receiving and inspecting: once we receive and inspect your return, and inform you if refund is approved.
Processing Time: once refund approved, refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 10 business days of receiving your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Need a different size or color? No problem! The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at leavesandlavenderprints@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund immediately.
